Fiandino family’s traditional raw milk “toma”. Soft and delicate with aromas of freshly cut grass and milk. Aged over 60 days on top quality pine boards; simply slice it or enjoy it grilled on the BBQ or pizza. The name means “shepherd” in the local dialect, a tribute to our Grandfather Magno, the founder of Fattorie Fiandino.
