Ancient recipe (1900) dating back to the friars, guests of the Fattorie Fiandino’s farmstead. Traditionally made with the first spring milk and then aged in hay.

Soft and creamy, with the daily intervention of our cheese masters and made with the vegetable rennet, this “toma” expresses the highest quality. Superb at room temperature and marvellous when grilled or heated.
