When walking among the woods and meadows, you're sometimes enveloped by the scent of herbs and flowers. Following the sweet smells, you come across the intense aromas of the forest floor, of wood kissed by the recent dew. Thinking of the land that so inspired their Grandfather Magno, Egidio and Mario Fiandino decided to evoke the woods and the beautiful hills in cheese which encapsulates freshness and character, lightness and intensity.
Fattorie Fiandino, thinking of the nearby Langa area, created a cheese like the Ciambella Trifulò. The precious 100% Piedmont's Milk is coagulated with the real vegetable rennet from Cynara cardunculus flowers and enriched with a precious blend of truffles that evokes the Langhe, a few kilometers away from Fattorie Fiandino. After sixty days of maturation, the Ciambella Trifulò reveals captivating and unique flavors.
